I've the enviable task of overseeing the majority of Highlands activities with Josie, and manage to turn my hand to most things that need to be done. I leave Mike to drive the tractors onsite and at least a few times a week I'll be behind the wheel of the Porsche 997 FASTLaps car or the Highlands Taxi. Having relocated from the Gold Coast and the VIP Pet Food factory, I can honestly say that the Southern Lakes is a pretty darn good place to live!
