Start your engines. Trade Me Jobs is once again putting the call out to thrill-seekers who have been dreaming of a fast-paced adventure. The latest role in its dream job series is based in Central Otago, and it’s got all the ingredients for an adrenaline-junkie.

The latest job listing aims to recruit a ‘Motorsport Media Maverick’ - a fearless Kiwi candidate ready to ride shotgun with pro-drivers to capture the adrenaline from the passenger seat, and turn it into jaw-dropping content for social media.

From hot laps to behind-the-scenes access at one of Central Otago’s most iconic attractions, this isn’t your average content gig.

Rachel Lister-Chubb, Group Marketing Manager at Highlands, says the team can’t wait to bring a fresh lens to the park, “We’re all about creating unforgettable experiences at Highlands – and we know this job is going to help share those moments with the public. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about content as we are about creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you love a challenge, live for excitement and know your way around a camera, we want you in the hot seat.”

Applicants just need a device to capture the chaos, a good eye, and the guts to keep the camera rolling through every twist and turn.

This is the second role in Trade Me Jobs’ three-part dream job series, aimed at proving that fulfilling work can be found in unexpected places, like the middle of a racetrack in Cromwell.
